Saturday Night Sunday Morning | Friday Night Saturday Morning
There was some confusion last Friday as to the purpose of the event.
Arabella led the charge, necking down seventeen bottles of wine and three tequila sunrises. Or Tequila Sedarises as she insisted on calling them. (Apparently he once held her hand and told her she would meet a tall dark stranger).
Martin kept us all entertained by doing a very convincing impersonation of a trainee solicitor out on a Friday night to enjoy a few drinks with friends. His finale involved devouring three fish suppers and a serving of pakora.
Mark arrived late, on a flying carpet.
Cathy went to the wrong pub.
The only sense seemed to eminate from Lisa who, despite prompting, still hasn't written a proper account of her actions. Lisa, your book group needs you (to blog).
As for myself, the detox is still holding. Day 4 without alcohol. Liver feeling much better.

Thomas, that is a very funny summary of the events of the last meet. My 'good sense' saw me getting the last train home to Rutherglen (23:59 Fridays Only) and thereby missing the grand pakora finale to the evening. In the future; less sense, more fun and deep fried foods.
